Shipping policy
earth pak offers free ground shipping for orders $50 or more. All orders are transported by a variety of shipping carriers, depending on your location. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.). We cannot guarantee that we are able to ship to APO, etc. addresses.
On business days, our order cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out on the next business day. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday.
All customized products will require additional processing time.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on which shipping option you select during check out. We currently offer two different shipping options for our customers:
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 or Free for Orders $50 or More: Standard Shipping is $5.95 for all orders under $50. Free Shipping applies to all orders $50 or more. The lead time for Standard Shipping varies based off of location, but generally, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days if there are no delays in weather, unexpected circumstances, etc. by shipping carriers. Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii will take additional time
- 3-Day Shipping: $7.95: Your order will ship and should be delivered in up to 3 business days. On business days, our order cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out on the next business day. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Expedited shipping option is not available for Hawaii or Alaska
Once orders are submitted, we are unable to change the shipping address.
