Shipping

earth pak offers free ground shipping for orders $50 or more. All orders are transported by a variety of shipping carriers, depending on your location. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.). We cannot guarantee that we are able to ship to APO, etc. addresses.

On business days, our order cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out on the next business day. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday.

The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on which shipping option you select during check out. We currently offer two different shipping options for our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 or Free for Orders $50 or More: Standard Shipping is $5.95 for all orders under $50. Free Shipping applies to all orders $50 or more. The lead time for Standard Shipping varies based off of location, but generally, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days if there are no delays in weather, unexpected circumstances, etc. by shipping carriers. Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii will take additional time
  • 3-Day Shipping: $7.95: Your order will ship and should be delivered in up to 3 business days. On business days, our order cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out on the next business day. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Expedited shipping option is not available for custom products, Hawaii or Alaska
  • For custom bags, printing will take 7-10 business days from when your order is first placed. Once the printing process is complete, please allow for another 3-5 business days for UPS Ground Shipping. All customized products will require additional processing time.

Once orders are submitted, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We understand that sometimes packages get lost or delayed. If this happens to you, feel free to reach out to us at hello@earthpak.com so we can work together on a solution.

Please note that multi-product purchases may ship in multiple packages as they are fulfilled by warehouses across the United States that have product availability. You will receive everything, however it may just come in several boxes and at different times. 

We do not offer international shipping. If you wish to purchase our products internationally, you can find select items on Amazon US, CAN, UK, FR, or DE

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.

  • To receive a full refund, your item must be sent back in its original packaging and condition (used items will not be accepted).
  • For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct $5 per item to cover restocking costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed once products are received by us and we approve of the condition. If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. If you have not received your credit back, we suggest contacting your bank. 
  • Request and receive your return label here.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any sale items or international orders
  • Customized products are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged

For all purchases made through the Amazon marketplace, you will need to go through Amazon's return/exchange process as they are a different marketplace.

We do not have an exchange process. If you prefer items in another color, or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order on earthpak.com. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for a $5 restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our products if you find that you run into any issues with your gear (something isn't working right, etc.).

In order for us to consider a replacement for your product, you must be able to:

  1. Provide a valid order number. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any warranties on items that were gifts, sweepstakes prizes, etc. that do not have an order number associated with it. We do not send any replacements for items purchased through re-selling channels such as eBay, OfferUp, etc. 
  2. Provide photos of what's wrong with your product. We will verify if the damages fall under our warranty and whether they need to be replaced, or can easily be repaired.
  3. Explain that the product was not damaged in "out of the ordinary" circumstances. We are unable to replace items that were damaged due to extraordinary circumstances...such as if an animal (like a bear) ate your bag. Yes, we've heard stories like that before!

Warranty

Bag Questions

Absolutely! Just be sure that you followed the following steps to ensure your bag is working correctly:

  1. Roll the top of the bag down 3-4 times
  2. Buckle the sides up so that you sort of made a “handle” for your bag
  3. Be sure to leave some air in the bag, as this is what keeps your gear buoyant in water and dry! *It's important to note that our dry bags are not intended to be submerged underwater for more than a few seconds at a time, as our bags are designed to be buoyant and float above the water.

For the dimensions and weights of our bags, please visit our Product Size & Weight Guide. The volume will vary depending on how many times each bag is rolled down. When unrolled, each bag will exceed the advertised volume.

We are a small business in the United States.

All of our products are passionately designed here at our office in Southern California, responsibly manufactured in China, and stored/shipped from warehouses located throughout the United States (Illinois, California, and beyond).

Coupon Codes

All coupon codes require a minimum purchase of $15, are single-use only, and are not combinable with other sales, promotions, or coupon code offers. Most of our coupon codes are only available for one-time use only per customer account (10% off for sign up, etc.).

No. If you are making a purchase during a sale window on our website (holiday sales, special sitewide discount, etc.), you cannot use a coupon code in combination with the sale. The only additional promotion that can be combined with a sale is free shipping on orders $50+.

Our coupon codes are only available on our website and not any other sales channels (Amazon, etc.)

If you placed your order within 24 hours of the start/end of a promotional window, then email us at hello@earthpak.com and we will gladly apply the promotion. This is based on availability and not always guaranteed.

Prop 65

In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address exposure to certain chemicals, which requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in products.

The Prop 65 warning that is found on our dry bags can now be found on all products that contain a small amount of over 900 chemicals or ingredients that the OEHHA lists as a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant. Many of the elements listed under Prop 65 are common everyday additives found in everyday products like electrical wire, cable, coated fabrics, steering wheels, shoes, gloves, tonneau covers, furniture, bed liners, brake pads, floor mats, etc. It is also common in most PVC dry bag products.

According to the California government, the fact that a product bears a Prop 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe. At earth pak, we choose to label our products with Prop 65 as a "right to know" to our customers.
